This was my first time here and I was greeted and treated as if I were a dear friend. The staff was friendly, attentive, and the ambiance is so warm and inviting! Highly recommend the esteemed latte and the ham & cheese croissant.

Kathy, Jack, and Alissa took great care of me during my visit to Esteamed .. where they’re brewing more than great coffee! As a parent of a teen who is ID-Moderate, my heart soars at businesses that champion inclusion and opportunity for this population! The supervisor, Juliette, shared the heart behind the owner’s vision and I’m excited to hear that Esteamed is growing! Stop by and grab a cup of coffee, or a fun tchotchke, that helps support the mission to lower the unemployment rate of adults with disabilities!! Free WiFi, great work or community space, and a joyful atmosphere .. your heart will be full when you leave!!

Can't believe I haven't rated this place yet. Esteamed is a wonderful little non-profit that hires folks with disabilities and hosts volunteers to help them. The staff always greets you warmly when you enter and when you order. The drink menu constantly rotates seasonal items while the bakery features a nice assortment of pastries, even a few that are gluten free. There are a variety of table sizes able to accommodate parties of 1 - 4. Larger parties can find seating outside or at the bar area by the front. The tables are decorated with nice bouquets of fresh flowers. The space can get loud once the 10am rush hits, but what coffee shop doesn't. Of course, the back entrance is handicap accessible. Finally, in addition to food and drink, you can buy an assortment of merch or products all made by people with various disabilities. Personally, I've gotten numerous magnets, and glasses, while my dog loves the dog treats. Esteamed is a delightfully warm cafe that provides a perfect space to get a bite in the morning, do some work, and allow individuals with disabilities room to work and grow their skills. An excellent place to spend your coffee budget.

This place is my favorite coffee shop in almost all of NC. The vibe is great, the staff always call me with my name and welcome me and my dog. I came here so many times and will keep doing so.

I was visiting downtown Cary and really needed a coffee, so I visited this place. I knew nothing about it and I’m so glad I found it! The employees were so nice, it’s rare to meet baristas who you can have a fun conversation with nowadays so I was delighted to talk with everybody. I got the snowbird latte and it was just the right amount of sweetness.
